How to make the ends of a slot rounded?

Hi again

I have a few slots in my latest design, currently they are rectangular and were created by using the Box tool to cut out a slot from an object, and then a rectangular pattern to duplicate the slots.

I would like to make the ends of the slots rounded, rather than flat (rectangular), like they were routed out with a router, rather than punched out?

Do I just add a 'hole' at the end of each slot? That seems a bit hit-and-miss? Can I somehow 'fillet' the face rather than the edge? I looked at 'edit face' but couldn't figure it out.

Any suggestions?

What I did was instead of selecting the face, or the front / rear edges, I selected the internal edges and added a fillet to them. Simples!
