Edit the Extrusion feature.

Should cut through the body on both sides.

I am still investigating the exact issue we are seeing here, but a quick workaround is to edit the feature and change the extents options from all to distance and make sure the distance is greater than the distance of the wheels, 95 or 100mm should work for this model.

Apologies that this is causing a problem, I am in the process of following up with this issue now to see what we can do to get this resolved in the future.
