Is this happening after you've launched the new installer?

Hi,

Sorry to hear that the update didn't work correctly for you.  Did you get a liveupdate notification that forced you to get the update?  At what point are you seeing this screen?

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal

Which windows version are you using?

It seems this error may relate to Cache when installing. Can you have a try to clean some cache under

%temp%\7ZipSfx.***

%temp%\Autodesk

Thanks,

Gavin

Hi,

The specific error you are seeing is being triggered by an Internet Explorer based browser control embedded within the Streaming install application. It is possible you are seeing this because of security restrictions applied to Internet Explorer on your system. I was able to reproduce your symptoms by disabling Active Scripting inside Internet Explorer, can you try enabling this option for the relevant security zone and running the installation again ?
