settings for Nvidia 8800 GTS

I choose to go with the Nvidia 8800GTS on my last desktop system (Dell). The
only fault I have with the graphic system/display is when using the copy,
move or stretch utility, after selecting objects to move, the lines, etc. do
not move on the screen as the cursor moves. They seem to quickly blink
sometimes. It makes it difficult to accurately place things in the drawing.
What settings should I look at to get things to display correctly? So many
people reccommend this card, that I figure it must be a setting.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

I tried Ron's suggestions, but it isn't helping. I even tried setting the
values to 1000 and it isn't any better.

I'm open to anyone else who may have an ideas.

Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,

I'm having other problems with an older nVidia card, but maybe this might
help you. Go to their website to see what new drivers they may have
released. My card wouldn't work at all (PNY nVidia Quadro FX 4000) until I
downloaded the new drivers.
