Hi,
I am not sure I am in the right place so please excuse me. I am new to the site. I have a oce 9800 with scanner. The scanner keeps getting a 22003 error code with a 3 on the circuit board in the print engine. We have two of them so I switched scanner cables and the same thing from the same scanner happened. So, I have determined it is a scanner issue but I don't know what is causing it. Anyone have any ideas?
