Hello from France

A PC with a Core i5 (or Core i7 almost no difference, maybe 5-10% faster at the same speed)

is the best choice in term of performance / price ratio !

8 Gb is the minimum but on a Portable more than 8 Gb is expensive !

A "good correct" graphic card like a 1 Gb (or maybe 2 Gb) Radeon or NVIdia is OK

So for me your choice is OK !

More memory could be better especially if you plan to keep your PC 3/4 years ?

Hello

For intensive use with a CAD/GIS software, a numeric keypad will be better !
