Building a new computer for AutoCad 2011 and Revit 2011

I am building a machine to do both. Will this be good enough? And if not, any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

cw

It looks pretty good to me, but I'd question the HD.

I'd go with a 500gb Western Digital Velicoraptor.  I've never found a situation where I've gottn close to needing a terrabyte, and the VR is the fastest available now.  At the very leas, get one with a 6.0Sata not 3.0.

Is everything going to be local to this computer, or will you be running projects from a server?  If the former, I agree with the other poster - faster is better than larger and is worth the extra cost.  If you are working off a server, not so much.

Norton = Satan.  And not in a good way!  🙂
