VRML Viewer

I have been unable to use the VRML viewere in the Navigation Tabs within GBS. Initially I attributed this problem to not having a VRML viewer program and downloaded Cortona VRML Client (as recommended). From within Revit using the Revit 2010 Studion Add-in I am able to see the VRML model after I open the file from within my web browser (internet explorer) however, if I am logged into GBS web service and try to see the model using the VRML viewer tab all I see are empty boxes. I have attached a screen capture.

When I installed Cortona I opted for the ActiveX as opposed to the OpenGL radio button could this be the problem?

I have figured out the problem on the VRML viewer. Ok not actually but it is working now, I guess my computer was just tired after a shut down and reboot after the weekend everything seems to be working fine.
