Unable to delete old projects

I am attempting to clean up my GBS site a little bit and I am unable to delete two of my older projects. I can delete the runs within them and have done so. I have full administrator rights on them. Whenever I choose the option to delete the projects and confirm that yes, I really really want to do that, nothing happens. No error messages... the projects are just still there.

I am able to delete new projects without any issues.

Thanks!

Hi Matt,

We may need to have our developers look into the issue for you.

Can you provide me with your GBS login name?

You can send that to me as a personal email if you wish.

I have the same problem, however added to that i cannot upload any new projects to GBS and i want to remove all the project templates. Is there a way to "purge" so to speak my GBS account to return it to its initial state?

Hello,

Do you have a trial account with GBS? Trial accounts are limited to 2 projects.

If you do not have a trial account please send me your user name. You can send it to me via a personal messagage.

Do delete old projects, go the the Projects page. Click on My Account > User tab> Project Templates > Templates Editor. Load the Template you wish to delete. Click on "Load Template". Click on "Delete Template." If the "Delete Template" button is not enabled, you may not have the necessary account rights.

Regards,

Marjorie Stein
