Run Status:In Run Que GBS

I have a problem where when i run an Energy Simulation the simulation never actually begins. When i log onto the GBS it shows the run status as in run que (0%)

This status never changes until the run fails. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello,

Are you still experiencing this problem? If yes, is it happening with all of your models? Is it happening consistently, or intermittently? What is the error message you see when you mouse over the failure notice in GBS?

Now it's working. I hope it lasts because it was very frustrating to bump into this right on the day I had to use Vasari to teach a class...

Thanks

I am having the same problem as well. Is it just that the cloud is overwelmed?

What is the error message you are getting? That will help us track down the issue.

It showed the run status as in run que (0%). The run finally completed but it took several hours. If this is normal, let me know.

Thanks.

That is not a typical processing time. What is the size of your Revit model? (how many kilobytes).

Thank you for the information. I will check with the development regarding an expected processing time for a model of that size. Another factor that impacts the processing time is the traffic on our servers at the time you initiate the energy analysis.

Currently there are no problems observed with the simulation web service.  Please try resubmitting the model.  If you still encounter such a long delay, send us your Revit model at krishnan.gowri@autodesk.com.
