Revit to GBS to eQUEST

I am trying to model my building in Revit, and transfer it to eQUEST.

When working between GBS and eQuest,

a.      Where is it best to make design alternatives?

b.      How are spaces and systems defined when moving from eQuest to GBS?

a) I would recommend creating your design alternatives in GBS and then use the exported .inp for for Revit from the design alternative run.

b) You cannot moves files back into GBS from eQUEST.
