Is Green Building Studio an approved software by the EPA for Designed to Earn the ENERGY STAR? It appears to be based on the info I have found, but I want to make sure.

Hello,
Yes, you can use GBS for estimating your energy cost in the Energy Star Target Finder tool. If you are referring to the Multi-Family Simulation Guidelines, Green Building Studio also follows meets the requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G.
