Our team of Community Managers are here to help you get the most out of your Autodesk Community experience. Feel free to contact Jessica, Camilo or Philip via Private Message should you need a hand getting around the community! Note that our Community Managers are not product experts and, most likely, will not be able to answer your product-specific technical questions. For technical questions, please post in the appropriate product board.    - jessica.t  - I've worked at Autodesk for two and half years. I started off on the customer service team and since then have joined the Social Media and Community team working as a community manager and engaging customers through social channels such as Twitter, Facebook, and the Autodesk Community. I also co-write the AutodeskHelp blog with Camilo Lemos. In my spare time, I like cooking, yoga, hiking with my dog Moose, and watching the SF Giants.    - camilo.lemos - I've worked at Autodesk for three and a half years now. For the past two and a half years I've been working as a Community Manager, focused on helping develop and maintain the Autodesk Community as well as Autodesk's social support presence on different social media channels. I am one of the original three founders of @AutodeskHelp, where you can find me as ^CAM.  When I'm not "social-media-&-community-ing", I like playing the drums in my band, reading, cooking, and I absolutely love talking to people of all nationalities and backgrounds and learning about different cultures and different languages. I spent a good part of my 20s travelling around and learning as much as I could about ...everything I could possibly learn! I lived in 7 different countries before settling down in Switzerland and joining Autodesk. I hope you'll enjoy participating in the Autodesk Community as much as I enjoy working on it!    - philip.s - Hello everyone! As an Autodesk Community Manager my primary focus is to help grow and support a peer-to-peer environment for you, our valued users. Here you can ask technical and subject matter related questions, share suggestions and answers, support overall product mastery, and collaborate on future product and service enhancement suggestions. I hope you’ll find this community to be an invaluable resource and openly welcome your participation in our Feedback Forum. I’m also an official @AutodeskHelp ambassador and truly enjoy the opportunity to assist our customers on our various social media support channels, most of whom aren’t openly asking for it. A little about me: Born and raised in Seattle, WA. Attended college on the other side of the state at Gonzaga University where I received a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Am currently residing in Northern California and thoroughly enjoying all that the area has to offer. Absolutely love the combination of Autodesk technology and using my hands to make, shape, and/or reimagine things. Like to think of myself as a fearless adventurer who will try, do or see just about anything at least once and am all about great friends, good food, full glasses, and the smiles that come along the way.

The Autodesk Community is a great place to share information and ask questions about Autodesk products and services. We encourage our members to post all their thoughts, opinions and criticism in a productive manner.   If you have just joined the community and are wondering “Should I/ Can I post this?”, here are the basic “dos and don’ts” of the Autodesk Community:   Keep it constructive! We all have our angry moments but refrain from posting inflammatory, non-constructive or flat out insulting comments. Keep it civil! Personal attacks and derogatory comments go against the collaborative and supportive nature of our forums…and can run the risk of getting you banned. Do not post comments advocating or encouraging piracy. I guess you can see where we’re coming from on this one. There are dozens of products and hundreds of topics being discussed here.  Help us keep the forums tidy by not posting duplicate or test comments. Thanks! We encourage your feedback – positive AND negative – but try to keep it constructive and to the point. This will help us understand what and where we need to improve and will make those improvements come faster! You don’t like spam, I don’t like spam, we don’t like spam….please don’t post spam! These are support forums, not marketing forums. Feel free to promote your support blog and helpful websites, but we will delete any form of commercial advertisements. Attachments posted on or downloaded from these forums are not scanned by Autodesk for viruses or malware. It’s your responsibility to scan attachments before opening them. We also have a limit of 3 attachments per post and 1.5Mb per attachment.   One more thing before you get started: Autodesk reserves the right to republish or repost content from our forums without mentioning customer names or any identifying information.

Aside from being home to one of the most vibrant and knowledgeable communities in the business, the Autodesk Community is also home to a wide variety of Autodesk employees, ranging from product managers and developers, to support specialists.   Posting your question on the correct board will ensure that appropriate employees see your posts and reply with the corresponding solution.   While our employees are always very happy to help, please note that our forums are all about Autodesk software users helping other Autodesk software users, so our employees will normally let the conversations flow unless they find that the issue or question being discussed can only be addressed by someone from inside the company.   If you feel a post answers your question, please remember to accept that post as a solution!
