Setting key board for Showcase

Hi Marion,

I've been using Showcase 2013 and now I'm starting with 2014 in a new work station but I'm having problems selecting objects. I can't select more than one object with the "****ft" button, it doesn't work for Showcase. I don't have this problem with the others autodesk software.

How Can I solve this?

I know how to select objects but my "shift" button doesn't work in Showcase. In Revit and Autocad this work normal.

The "shift" and "ctrl" keyboard are not shortcut of Showcase specifically but standard to all softwares (not only Autodesk product). 

There is not place in Showcase that I know of where you can adjust these specific shortcut to another one as it doesn't belong to the list of shortkey you can customized. 

You can refer to the list of Shortcut in Showcase by going to the help menu.

for me it works good..

when you press shift a "+" icon appears near the arrow pointer, while when you press ctrl a "-" icon appears near it..

it looks like a system related problem..

Now it's working normally. It might was a problem with the file  because I started with a new one and it doesn't have that problem.
