Problem with the "appearance" on showcase

Hi everybody!

i've this problem : i made a 3d model of a chair ( rietveld red&blue ), the material is wood and the appearance depends on part of the chair. You can see from the image that the same part is painted in black and in yellow depending of the face. So the problemi is that in Showcase the chair appear totally "natural wood" ( the texture of the wood ). What is the problem??? how can i set showcase to the correct appearance ??

thanks

Hi Tommaso,

i am not sure to have understood.

Do you want to apply different material to the same object?

You have to extract the surfaces that will have different color/material  like this:
