Keyframe position error

Hy heverybody.

I have a LITTLE error setting a positional keyframe on a particular object.

When i move the object along his axys everithing is ok, but after the first rotation the position registrered in new keyframes automatically change.

in some scene the movement is very little, but in other scene the part ran out of the scene....

I have prepared a litthe sample scene for testing this issue. In the zip there is a txt file with the sequence of operation to test.

in the following 2 images you can see how the position changes (in the transform properties panel) only adding a new keyframe (without moving the object)

3 - add kf NO ortho.PNG

4 - add kf NO ortho.PNG

Thanks in advance.

The scene was made in 2015.

In the zip file (not a showcase zip...) there are 4 images that show the problem.

There is also the ipt file (inventor 2015......) imported in the scene.

Theese are the 2 images of the first post:

Between the two steps, there is only the ADD KEYFRAME command. no movemet or position changes.

3 - add kf NO ortho.PNG

4 - add kf NO ortho.PNG

Thanks.

Bye

Ciao Christian,

this "movement" happens when  the pivot is change from is initial an natural position (with Insert, for example).

You can restore it and it should fix it.

Thank You Admaiora!

You solved my big problem.

Sometimes the esaiest is the best... restoring the pivot was my last thought.... I never changed the pivot on this object. It was only imported from inventor.

The other strange thing is that in my big scene i had to do this:

1. click on MOVE TO NATURAL PIVOT (the pivot ran away from the scene...)

2. click on CENTER PIVOT (the pivot came back to the object)

3. click again on MOVE TO NATURAL PIVOT (the pivot stay in the center of the object)

the strange is that the coordinates of the pivot before and after the reset are the same.... (see the images...)

Cattura1.PNG

Cattura2.PNG

Then everithing work fine.

Thank You very much.
