Best graphics card for Showcase

Hi guys I would just really like to know if a high-end Geforce card would do the job or must we use a workstation class card like a Quadro?

I would suggest you look at the certified card list as a guideline. 

I personally have always run a Quadro Card. 

In my laptop I have the Quadro K2000M

on my desktop I have the Quadro K5000, before that I was running the Quadro 6000 and before the Quadro 5000.

also, some old geforce drivers didn't support showcase, and made the software crash..

still have to test whether this is still true or not.
