UV Mapping per vertex

Hello Everybody,
I'm facing a problem when exporting from maya into my proprietary game engine with FBX SDK.
In fact The UV mapping is per polygon vertex and my game engine is expected to use UV Mapping per vertex.
Is there a workaround ?
How usually you handle this ?
Any help will be appreciated.
