Hello everyone.
I'm in trouble when I open the Fusion.
Before it was working normally, but yesterday when I went to open it this error appears on the screen, I press OK and soon after the program crashes.
What can I do?
I've tried uninstalling and installing, I use a 64-bit win7.

Hello,
I cannot find enough information from your log files to find the root cause out.
There would be a workaround you can have a try. Please delete the option file "NMachineSpecificOptions.xml" under "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options" and launch Fusion 360 again.
Thanks,
Marshal
My problem was similar to yours, filipones. But in my case the message was:
I tried the solution suggested by marshaltu and worked perfectly.
Thank you.
Hi,
I have same problem with Fusion.
When I open Fusion 360 I get the following message:
"You have been working in offline mode for more than the allowed period of 2 weeks. Please login to your A360 account to continue."
I tried some solving by Autodesk team.
1- Please delete the option file "NMachineSpecificOptions.xml" under "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options" and launch Fusion 360 again.
2- You should be able to find out which files you were working on from "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<ProjectID>\\PLM360Cache\UploadQueuedFileList.xml".
Please try to remove the xml file and launch Fusion360? If this issues would not get solved, please clear "PLM360Cache" folder and have a try again.
3- Can you also browse to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk and deleting the Web Services Folder. This should force a log into Fusion 360.
But they couldnt help to solve my problem and Fusion dosent work yet. If you have any choice I will be pleasure. On the ather hand I tried to uninstall Fusion but also this process has not completed.
What should I do?
Best...
Could you package two folders in your machine and send it to me for analysis? The two folders are "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\" and "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\". I assume your OS is Windows. If not, the folder path will be different.
PS: my email is marshal dot tu at autodesk dot com.
Thanks,
Marshal
Hi,
Regarding the problem where you've been offline for > 2 weeks and now can't launch Fusion I'd be more than happy to speak with you directly to get you up and running.
If you'd like send me an email (kevin.baribault@autodesk.com) with your contact info and a good day/time you can be reached.
Regards, KpB

Hello!
I experienced the same problem, but when I tried to delete the NMachine file, the folder was blank. An uninstall/reinstall left me with the same problem.
I did another uninstall, and manually hunted down and deleted any remaining autodesk stuff on my computer, and that DID solve the problem, the NMachine file was back, I was able to delete it, and I am back up and running.
Thanks for the help!

Hello again with similar problem.
More than two months ago and not I use Fusion and I have problems when I open Fusion, but in this case does not appear any error message. Simply will not start. Any idea why this happens?
Hi Francisco,
Regarding your issue with Fusion not launching and no error message if you haven't resolved this can I ask what operating system are you using?
And how are you starting Fusion? Desktop icon? Start menu? Task bar icon? Docking bar? I would start by suggesting a check of the properties for the icon being used to ensure it's pointing to the correct location.
Also to force Fusion to request login credentials you can delete the Web Services folder. To do this:
If you're still unable to launch Fusion and don't receive any error messages can you zip up and send us the log files located in:
Lastly, if you prefer you can reach out to me directly at kevin.baribault@autodesk.com and I'll be more than happy to follow up.

Hi @andrewhosmerBCH,
Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!
How far along in the path name do you see? One thing to check is to make sure that you have hidden folders visible.
Thanks,
To add onto Jame's comments, to show hidden Files and Folders:
Mac OS:
Windows:
Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
