Opening a file from my project gives me error 404?

So...just as the title states,

Yesterday, I uploaded a file from my home computer and did some editing in Fusion 360.

Then I added some CAM toopaths, and saved the file. waited til it uploaded and closed fusion 360.

Today, I am at work and the file won't open?

Fusion 360 says: Opening Document but it just  spins and eventually after close to 10 min it says error 404.

I don't think its a hardware issue since my home computer is far less advanced.

Help?

I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties accessing a file in Fusion 360.

When this occurs, would it be possible to share a copy of the Diagnostic log files and post it to this thread? 

If you restart Fusion 360, does the issue continue?

Also, the JPEG you mentioned were not attached in the last post, would you mind re-posting those?

Hello

My school is using fusion 360 was working but recently after the update the error 404 appeared on all the computers. Please help. Attached is the diagnosic file. Could not find the updated full version of the fusion 360.

Also tried to open up the fusion in admin account but did not update to new version. must i reinstall again?

@PioneerSS Is this occurring on your school's computer lab's? If so can you check the  Help > About dialog to see what build your are running? The current build number is 2.0.2079.

If so, you may need to request the IT administrator to update Fusion 360 to the latest version. I hope this helps.
