Hi
After update message in Fusion, when trying to install the update the attached message appeared. Then appears when I want to uninstall. Running on Windows 8.1 Pro, 64bit
You may try running Microsoft Fix It to see if it will allow you to uninstall Fusion 360.
There are some clean uninstall directions in the below link.
Do you have any custom variables set for python on your system?
Thanks,

Can you attach the autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log file located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk?
Nathan, the log file is unlikely to contain any useful information since this error appears to be happening before the file can even be created or opened.
RR: There seems to be a problem loading a portion of the installer, since it is unlikely that portion is missing from a fresh download, there must be an unresolved dependency. The most likely dependency that is missing is the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime... this shouldn't be the case, but it is easy to make sure that is satisfied by running Microsoft's installer before running ours.
Please fetch that from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679, select vcredist_x64.exe when prompted, and install that before rerunning our installer.
In the meantime I will be considering techniques for analyzing more accurately what we may be failing to find on load.
Thanks for your patience.

Hello,
Please give the suggestion in the bellow forum post a try:
I summarize it as follows...
There are two potential solutions for you:
1. Turn off your firewall temporarily during installing Fusion 360.
Please refer to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/turn-wi
2. Or download and install Visual Studio Update 4 redistributable from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
Please let me know if the solutions work for you or not.
Thanks,
Ting.
