Hi all,
I recently bought the license for Autodesk Fusion 360. During the first 2 days of use, Fusion 360 was working perfectly. But on the third day, the software bugged as I was saving a project and, from then on, I haven't been able to get it to work anymore. Each time I launch the software, it opens a new window called "Fusion 360" and after about 30 seconds, the window closes and I get an error report message. Here is the number of one of them: CER_101608329.
I tried to reboot my computer and to uninstall the software. But it didn't help.
I am running it on a MacBook Pro with OS X 10.9.4.
Has anyone had the same problem than me? Any idea how to fix this?
Thank you very much.
Louis
Louis,
Thank you for reporting this issue. Can you confirm that before re-installing Fusion 360, you first performed a clean uninstall? See the below link for details on how to perform a clean uninstall.
Thanks,
Hi Nathan,
Thanks for your reply !
I confirm that, before re-installing Fusion 360, I first performed a clean uninstall, following the instructions provided in your link.
Unfortunately, it didn't work.
Do you have any idea of what could be wrong ?
Louis
From CER report, it seemed that something was wrong when extract time from a string.
Could you please try to change locale/date setting to English in your OS if it is French?
Thanks,
Marshal
I checked new report and the issue was the same with English locale. It seemed that you have some pending local files which need be uploaded during Fusion launch. There may two other ways to let you work around:
1. Disconnect network and work offline.
2. Go to PLM360Cache folder and rename the file "UploadQueuedFileList.xml".
I don't know what's full path in MAC OS as I cannot access MAC Fusion right now. I paste a path in Windows for your reference. In that file, all pending files should be listed. You could upload them to your A360 hub manually.
"C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\Y39GJKZP9DPF\PLM360Cache\UploadQueuedFileList.xml"
It would be great if you can package the cache folder and send it to me for more investigation. My email is marshal.tu@autodesk.com.
Thanks,
Marshal
I'm close to my Mac! The equivalent Mac OS directory is:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/<Application ID>/PLM360Cache
I hope that helps.
Thanks,
