Troubleshooting the Media Hub

I just installed Smoke 2015 using the 30 day trial. When I go to the Media Hub and try to import footage, it shows me all my drives but none of the files on the drives.

What am I doing wrong?Screen Shot 2014-10-12 at 7.15.26 PM.png

Did you double-click any of the drives and navigate to any folders with footage?  Your screenshot only shows you have the Autodesk Network selected..

Hi,

The default state of the MediaHub is to show all the devices connected to your system.

Double-clicking on them will give you access to their contents and folders.

If you want to see the typical mac folders such as pictures documents etc, click on the Bookmarks pulldown menu and choose USER HOME.

This is completely expected behaviour.

Regards

Grant
