Smoke Extension Crashes when trying to enter source record mode

Hi whenever I try to enter source record mode the programs crashes and quits. I've tried with keyboard shortcut, using the option dropdown and the same thing happens. This did not happen with previous version. Please advise solution.

A support case has been opened for you. One of my colleagues will contact you.

Have you tried creating a new Smoke user?

 

Also what version of Smoke and what graphics card are you using?

Hi Robert:

I am using Smoke 2013 Extension 1 and my graphics card is the NVIDIA Quadro
FX 4800 1536 MB.
