Smoke 2015 export local media not available

Dear all

 

When I want to export moivesmoke 2015 show "local media not available"

 

I save the log and upload logs

Try restarting Backburner (or just reboot)

I was reboot many times 

 

and I reinstall Smoke 2015 SP1  , still can't find export media
