Seven Minutes To Close Smoke & Backburner Woes

My project now takes a full seven minutes to close.  It hangs on "Action Un-Initializing" for the longest period of this time.

About 50% of the time Backburner hangs and requires me to restart queued imports.

Yes I've restarted everything in service manager many times.  I've been seeing these issues as projects grow in both 2013 and 2015 versions on two different workstations.

Smoke is becoming a rather slow experience, at least when projects grow beyond something tutorial sized.

Hi Ryan,

This is the kind of issues that usually require investigation from the workstation.

Are you entitled to Technical Support assistance?

If so, can you please a ticket for this so a support engineer could have a look and see what is going on.

Please let me know,

Regards,

Yann

Is this a MacPro garbage can/Mavericks with D700?  I've had very similar issues.
