serial number not working

Hi guys, the IT department at my work just installed the trial version of MB 2012 64 bit on my Windows 7 box, then they tried to put in the license information to upgrade it to a full version. Unfortunately MB always reverts back to the trial screen when MB is opened. IT is looking into this issue to figure out a solution before my 30 day trial expires, I just thought I'd put this out to the forum to see if anyone else has a solution to this issue?

Contact support. They should help you figure out licensing and installation issues.
