Hi all, I'm having trouble restoring files on Flame 2015 from an LTO-3 tape created in Smoke 2012. I'm able to see the complete list of contents on the tape, but when I attempt to restore a file, I get the following error:
"Restore aborted: Error loading segments. Could not move forward."
I was hoping that using the OTOC would get around this, but I don't see an option for that anywhere, and the user manual only provides directions in the event that Flame can't open the tape at all.
Any advice on finding the OTOC manually, or another way to resolve this? Thanks!
