open clip as sequence in library

we have just switched to Flame 2015 ext.2

Now if i have a clip on my desktop, i can open it as a sequence, edit it and add some BFX to it.

If i try to copy that clip into a folder in my library, right click on that clip will not allow me to open it as a sequence, just as a new sequence.

why cant i take the same clip copy it into my library and open it as sequence?.

any idea why is it ?

Thanks

Asaf

You need to disable "Protect From Editing" at the bottom right corner of the Prefrerences > General panel to be able to open a clip residing in a Library as a sequence

Hi there,

On the off chance you don't know, you can also drag clips to just above timeline to open them as sequences. Personally I find this quicker, and you can drag more than one clip too.

I came across this by accident and now never right click to make a clip a sequence.
