Military/SWAT gear references?

Hi everyone! I'm working on a model that will have a fair amount of tactical/SWAT/military gear like belts and holsters and such, and I was wondering if anyone has run across any good reference sites or books that might help me out so I can do an accurate job. I've Googled a ton of stuff, but not getting great results. Any help would be awesome!

Take a look on 3d.sk. You can browse thumbnails of all their photos before you join up, so you can see if hey have what you want.

Blackhawk Tactical Gear......the stuff the pro's wear (is there such a thing as amature soldiers?). Hit em up as they have really comprehensive catalogues for holsters, tactical vests, leg/back/arm pouches....etc.

blackhawk is good for vests and such. As for weapons, look at H&K MP5, M4A1...

Also what might really help give life to your WIP is having the correct position, shooting position, breaching, signaling... etc.

Here's a good example:
