      If i have an issue in my software, how to lock an compliant , is there any customer care number to get phone contact, any web links etc...

Since you are on subscription, you can open Support Tickets with us by phone at 1-800-92-LOGIC or via the Subscription Center.

I can also help you here on the forum if you let me know what the issue is. Is it related to the Stone+Wire problem you have mentioned in another thread?
