Flame assist stuck on 'VOLUMEMGT:Verifying Active frames : 100%’

All of a sudden, my Flame Assist station will not start up. Once I select the project, the startup stops at 'VOLUMEMGT:Verifying Active frames : 100%’. Then nothing. I have to force quit. I've tried different projects, new projects, new users...but Flame will not start up. I've restarting settings in the setup menu, nothing.

I was using Flame normally earlier in the day, so I don't know what changed. We haven't upgraded or changed network settings. Our other 2 flame assist stations function normally.

Any suggestions?

I think I have the solution. I reset the PRAM 2 or 3 times, then started Flame. flame was still stuck on that same message, but after 20 minutes it cleared up and runs normal.
