Flame 2012 SP2 - can't add a lens flare inside a front source

Hey guys,

I can't add a lens flare object inside a front source. (I can add it but it doesn't work) Is this a bug in SP2? Anyone else have this problem?

hi,

confirmed here - i did a short test on flare/flame/smokeMac - all with same results

have a light with lensflares
link it under a frontSource & enter source view
lensflare gone (same for rays btw)
unlink light from source
light effects back

Thanks for trying. At least I'm not crazy. I'll install Ext1 SP1 shortly and follow up on this. Another thing i ran into with the lensflare is that the occlusion doesn't track with the surface transparency...huge pain when you want to fade an object out and have the light/flare react accordingly.
