Export Problems Smoke EXT1.SP2:DOMPARSEERROR

Hello!

Has anyone encountered this problem before while trying to export anytype of media to any drive or server....

DOMPARSEERRORHANDLER:unable to parse file

Been having some issues with backburner due to IP addresses not matching but that was corrected earlier this week.

Any insight on how to solve this problem would be very helpful. I can't export anything at all currently.

Hi Mark,

Can you attach the BackburnerServer.log file (located in /usr/discreet/backburner/Network) to this thread?

This log will help us out to figure out what the issue is.

Hi Mark,

The application tries to load the audio profile below, which is no longer accessible on the workstation.

/usr/discreet/mediaconverter/2015.0.1/profiles/.4026732546/16-bit (BE).cdxprof

Recreating your custom export preset is going to solve the problem.

Please let me know if it does the trick.
