Error message preventing me from entering Batch

In Flame Assist 2015 ext. 1.

Does the following error message look familiar to anyone? It is caused when I try to enter BFX from the timeline. Anyone know of a fix/workaround?

"Batch: An error ocured while loading the setup for BFX"

The error message essentially means that the BFX is either corrupted or missing.

Please contact our technical support department and someone will assist you with the issue.

Hey,

I had this twice with 2015 ext1. I found it mostly affected all the bfx setups from that day in that project.

I had to pick up from the day before.

Did I hear this had been fixed in EXT2?

Hope so. We're updaing to EXT3 in 2 weeks 🙂

Hi,

Just to clarify this point.

From Extension 2, the application should no longer crash when loading a corrupted batch setup (it rejects the corrupted data and does not load it).

However, we cannot confirm that this specific case is solved in X2 (in term of what caused the corruption in the first place).
