Deleting Setups

What is the prefered method for deleting Setup(s) on SMAC 2015 SP1?

I know I can browse to the direction location within the HDD and delete it via the Finder.  However, does that cause any problems because the Setups are entered into an unknown Autodesk Database somewhere?

Sorry for a rather simple question, just being cautious before deleting any Setups on an active job.

TIA.

Setups that you manually save like CC or Action or even CFX can be deleted via Finder.  You can also delete them via the save/load option as well for the node.

CFX setups also have a folder where the node setups are saved.

CFX setups on clips are saved in the usr/discreet/clip folder and shouldn't be touched... unless you have seen my blog post/video on it. 🙂
