Corrupted batch setup 2015 ext2

Quick question! One of our flame guys here has a corrupted batch setup that opens when flame is launched and it crashes flame. Is there a way to open flame up with a clean batch setup?

We ended up creating a new project to get around this.

Hi Jaime,

The answer is yes but this is not a trivial process.  I suggest you to contact our Technical Support department for assistance in this case.

On the other hand, the behavior you experienced should be fixed in 2015 Extension 3 as the application does not attempt to read the corrupted files anymore.  When hitting a corrupted file, the application rejects it and loads the related healthy files only.

In your case, the project would load in X3 without the corrupted setup.

Please let me know if you have any other questions,

Regards,

Yann
