Contacting AutoCad without serial number

The serial number was included in an email (several years ago now) but was on my other computer and the data was corrupted before I could salvage it. I now need to reinstall the software. I registered my copy of Stiticher Unlimited straight after I purchased it. Now that I need to reinstall the software I tried logging in to Autodesk but my email address is not recognised. It was several years ago but I think it was Digital River that was the online seller of Stitcher but I think they were absorbed into Autodesk. I would therefore assume Autodesk has my registration details but I haven't found a way to contact Autodesk.... Every time I try to contact Autocad I'm presented with a list of drop down options which eventually ask for the serial number. 

How do I contact customer services without having a serial number?

Can you please send me a Private Message (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message) with the email address you used to initially register the product?
