I know you have said that you have watched some tutorials but have you looked at the following?

It is hard to know what issues you are encountering without more information. It could be that the XML is not accurate, or the search criteria you are setting in Flame are wrong (e.g. you might only need name & timecode selected), or you are not setting the correct path to the media, or that there could be permissions issues on the location of the media.
Just too many possibilitites to explore without more information. Sorry I can't be of more help at this stage 😞
but problem is must of tutrials are for new version.and version 2012 is totally diffrenet. 😞
i already conformed the footages in hiero and all footages is in one folder.
i peak the timecode and filename and i gave the address for search. but it's still unlinked media.
Here are all the legacy How Tos.

oh.i checked all tutrial videos.all of them is for smoke and dosent help me for conforming in flame 2012.
in latest version seems is like dring a glass of water.but in 2012 i dont know how is it. 😞
Hi,
I havent not run Flame or Smoke 2012 in quite a long time.
However I did make a video on conforming FCP 7 XMLs into Smoke 2012 that used QT media.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FbaEDJ7ng6g&t=408
The first half of the video is FCP but the second half is Smoke 2012 and when you come to conform bit, it was exactly the same in Flame 2012.
A few things to bare in mind is that the resolution of the media must match the resolution of the time perfectly in order to do a conform (an issue in 2012 but not in 2015). Secondly, the match criteria defaults to filename so if the filenames are in the XML, Flame should find the media in the near location.
The only thing I am sure of is that the XML from Hiero does not use the matching standards from FCP7. So there might be a black layer of data which we do not support. This also might be causing an issue in the conform.
You could try the EDL route which means you would first import all the media into a reel into Flame Clip Library. You would than go to the EDL manager, import the EDL and point the EDL to the REEL with the footage to match via tapename and timecode.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Grant
