Composite Crashing on Startup with a different Error

I am currently running Win 7 and on launching of Composite i get the following error...

I installed the new Composite on the Autodesk Website after uninstalling the version previous to it.

Any suggestions please let me know.

I think that Toxic hits the nail on the head. I still can't get my install to start either, welcome to hell.
