I purchase Scaleform (Android) over 13 months ago and was never supplied a license key. I naturally thought that what I downloaded (4.1) was a pre-loaded key package. I found out after a little while that you do need a license key once I tried to install and use 4.2 version. Since then I get a complete run around from digitalriver and support - I STILL HAVE NO LICENSE KEY and I even rang the help line internationally (I am on AUS) and they said sorry and will organise - but I was just provided with purchase order again and the full run around.
I strongly advise any one planning to buy this product BE CAUTIOUS cause it is useless without a key - I wish they would refund my money but that seems to be a run around again... still no key

Apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced with Scaleform. I triggered a license key recovery to send an email to you with the license information, can you check if you have received it? Additionally, you may send an email to gameware@autodesk.com for more information and further asisstance on your concern.

Thanks for the prompt reply but unless I am mistaken, I have already tried the recovery option and have also received the one you triggered BUT I have purchased a full license and not an evaluation license and this is where the merry go around begins. Perhaps I have it wrong but if I purchase a full license, should I not receive a full license and not an evaluation license like the one that was just triggered. By the way, I did email gameware and did not receive a reply. Like I said it is impossible to get a resolve on this and this is why after so many attempts I resorted to the forum.
Well nice to see that I still do not have a license after 13 months. Even when I post on the forum. I guess I will now go on the merry go round with gameware link. Merry xmas to all!
