Help - Tech Support (Support Cases) - Direct Link

It would be nice to file support cases with AD right out of the tenant if you have an admin role rather than logging into your account management portal.

From a product ease standpoint it feels disjointed when looking for information, answers, or questions.   Even if there were direct links in the PLM tenant to connect to the AD community or the account portal if would be useful.

This is a great requests; i believe asked in the past too. There are some technical API limitations at the portal side to be able to access it fully from within FLC. We were looking into this in not too distant past, and paused due to other Fusion initiative. I'll bump this thread soon as we revive this project with the Portal folk to align and close the interface gap so we may build on it.
