Import surface and line drawings right into Fusion not upload!

Hi there,

when the server is not busy importing and then inserting a STEP file into a Fusion design is a matter of 2 3 minutes based on upload and converting time. However if I have multiple files to do that wait time during a busy day is simply not acceptable at all.

Fusion tool 4 minutes to upload and make a simple DWG drawing accessible.

I think while the upload tool can have its benefit you really need to allow us Designers to load any data right into a Fusion file without the upload wait time.

we've talked about this internally and have this workflow logged in our backlog.  I expect this will be coming in a future release.  Probably not in the next one or two however.

Great - I ma very happy to hear this. That improvement will speed up the design workflow with Fusion locally dramatically!
