Copy check box when moving object

I can see a check box in the move feature that when checked your move creates a copy instead of moving your original body.

  I make copies of bodies so that way i can machine multiple parts at once. I am unsure if that is an instance or a copy. I work mainly in bodies. 

I found it pretty easy once I knew that control+c Control+v does what i was looking for but being native to solidworks and transfering to fusion I would be used to a comand rather than a hidden function
