Combine (merge, subtract, intersect) MESH *.stl files

Combine (merge, subtract, intersect) MESH *.stl files

I find myself repeatedly reverting back to 123D or other programs to work with my Mesh files. If a simpler program like 123D has the functionality to combine mesh files, albeit slowly, then could we incorporate that into fusion360? Fusion tools are far superior. And maybe this function is already available... I just haven't figured it out yet! Thanks.

James Alday @ImmersedN3D

Turn off history, select the stl (mesh), right click on the component or
body in the browser and select (mesh to BREP). If successful you will now
have a new SOLID body to work with in addition to the MESH. Do you
subtracting with the solid.
