Axis aligned shell

Axis aligned shell

The shell command shells out a solid object based on the surface normals. For 3D printing, it is sometimes desirable to have shell walls be a specific thickness in the XY plane so that they can be printed without leaving a gap, or requiring machine gunning infill. That will work with the surface-normals shell only if the walls are orthogonal to the XY plane. If they are at any sort of angle, the wall width in the XY plane goes up.

It would be nice to have a variant of the shell command that would inset all surfaces along the XY plane by a specific dimension. There might be issues with surfaces at a very flat angle, but those could be dealt with by the user.
