USe Autdoesk Design Review and Freewheel in combination

A user had trouble loading this file in Autodesk Design Review. As a test, I
tried it in Freewheel. It worked:

Notice that he created his markups using Autodesk Design Review but can
share the resulting DWF file with Freewheel.
