Freewheel Terms of Use, thoughts?

After doing some research with regards to Freewheel, I've come across some privacy concerns and wanted to survey what others opinions might be.

Terms of Use: "By submitting, uploading or otherwise making Content available to Autodesk using the Service or the API, You (a) acknowledge and agree that the Content is not confidential, and (b) grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Autodesk a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, paid-up, worldwide, sub-licensable license to store, display, reproduce, modify, use and transmit the Content for the purposes of providing, formatting, maintaining, repairing, protecting, administering, enhancing or improving the Service or other Autodesk products."

This leads me to believe the rendering service saves the local copy of my rendered content, rather then throwing it away after my session is complete, is this true or false? Should I be concerned that my documents could be used or distributed for reasons other than evaluating the usage/metrics for the Freewheel service?

Also, if the publicly available Freewheel is intended for non-confidential documents only, should there be a premium service for private/protected content?

When you upload a document to Project Freewheel or
Autodesk Freewheel, a copy of the DWF is placed on the Autodesk server. Project
Freewheel requires an Autodesk login. As such, it tracks who uploaded what
documents. In turn, it provides the ability for the user to delete documents he
has placed on the server. We in the development team are not lawyers, but our
rule of thumb is that both Autodesk Freewheel and Project Freewheel are as
secure as email. In turns of your data, I did write this blog
article:

Scott,
Thank you for added clarity - and yes I realize your nasty lawyers came up with the terms of service, not your team 🙂

The ability to remove files is great, but I've never had to use a login for Freewheel. The developer tools such as the iframe GUI do not require a Autodesk login, is there a way to manage my uploaded content in this scenario?

For both Autodesk Freewheel and Project Freewheel,
anyone who is viewing a design and using the GUI does not need to
login.

You only need to log into Project Freewheel when
you upload a file. This way you can login later and delete the same file. The
system associates the file with your Autdoesk login. Autodesk Freewheel (
href="http://freewheel.autodesk.com">http://freewheel.autodesk.com
) DOES NOT
have this capability. Project Freewheel (
href="http://freewheel.labs.autodesk.com">http://freewheel.labs.autodesk.com
)
DOES. If deleting files is a concern for you, my suggestion is that you use
Project Freewheel.
