Error publishing to freewheel

Hello, I just downloaded and installed the ShareJNow With Freewheel plugin for DesignReview 2009. The install went off without a hitch. However, when I try to publish my file to Freewheel, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Terms of Use, and click OK. I am then presented with an error message that just says "Error". There is no message, just a red "X" and an OK button. I tried to post a screen shot of the error message here, but this web site says "Error reading uploaded file '{0}'". Can somebody tell me what I can do to resolve this problem?

Jon

Thank you for posting to the forum. I am sorry
to read that you are having trouble. Since you had trouble posting the
published DWF file to Project Freewheel and had trouble posting a screenshot to
the forum, I believe it is company firewall related. Your first step is probably
to talk to your IT department.

It turns out that I DID have my proxy client disabled, which was causing the problem of posting to this web site. However, the error message in Design Review persists. I have attached the error to this message. Edited by: jrizzo@langan.com on Nov 11, 2008 10:30 PM

Great. We are getting closer. You can now publish
images. You should still check with your IT department as maybe there is a
policy against publishing DWF files. It could be related to the MIME type being
missing or something like that. We get hundreds of DWF published each day, so I
am fairly certain the problem is on your end. I am not trying to be accusatory -
just trying to help.

Hi,

I am also having problems publishing images to Freewheel.

After accepting the terms and conditions, I see the same error as that of the one that was uploaded to this thread earlier.

Did you manage to resolve the problem?

That problem was resolved on the customer's end. It
was related to the network settings at his place of work. You may wish to try
publishing your DWF file from another location or talk to your IT department
about network/proxy settings.
