Digital Rights Management properties are set when a DWF is published that
does not allow measurement, markup, or printing. I believe your Inventor is
publishing a DWF that cannot be measured. As part of your publishing
properties, if you have disable measurement checked, you will want to
uncheck that.

I have been successfully using Freewheel embedded in a blog for some time,
but I am now getting an error when I publish and upload new drawings - "the
requested DWF file has been protected with digital rights management. At
this time Freewheel does not support DRM protected DWF files."
I do not understand where DRM is set in the Inventor 2009 application I used
to publish these files. Please let me know what I might be doing wrong.
I have attached an assembly drawing that appears to be protected in this
way.
